"Still Waiting and Getting Mixed Answers"
I’m still waiting on my order, and the shipping has taken way longer than expected. What’s even more frustrating is that every time I ask about it, I seem to get a different answer. One person says it’s on the way, another says it hasn’t updated yet. I just wish they’d give me a clear, consistent update.

"Nice quality, even on a draining day"
I was feeling mentally drained when this arrived, but trying it out was a nice little win. The fabric feels really good, and the stitching seems solid overall. I’m really happy with the quality.

"Cute dress, but I’d size up next time"
I’d probably order from monalisa.com.au again, but next time I’d definitely go a size up. The dress was wearable in the end, just not as comfortable as I expected because it felt tighter around the bust and waist.
Aside from the sizing, I actually liked it. The style looked close to the photos, and the material was decent for the price. Not a bad buy overall, just a bit tricky with the fit.

"Refund took longer than it should have"
The return itself went fine, but the refund took way longer than I expected. the wait was kind of ridiculous, but it did eventually come through

"Decent service, just a little slow"
I reached out to customer service because I needed an update on my order, and it took longer than I was expecting to get a reply. The first message I got felt kind of generic, and from the tone I assumed they hadn’t really looked into my issue yet.

To be fair, they did get it sorted in the end, and the person I dealt with was polite enough. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, just a bit slow, and I wish the replies had been clearer from the start.

"Good value for what I paid"
I ordered from monalisa.com.au mostly because I didn’t want to overspend, but I still wanted something that felt decent. To be fair, it ended up being better than I expected for the price, which was a nice surprise.

The quality feels good, delivery was straightforward, and I didn’t feel like I was being charged too much for what I got. I wouldn’t call it anything over the top, but for the money, it’s a solid buy and I’d order again if I needed something similar.

"Not quite like the photos"
The colors weren’t really the same as shown in the pictures, which was disappointing. It feels like something preventable if the photos were a bit more accurate.
